Our Refund Policy
Our refund policy is straightforward: All payments, including deposits, programs, courses, workshops, and coaching services, are non-refundable.
Why?
Two reasons.
First, what we offer isn’t a physical product—it’s high-value, transformative programs, resources, and personalized guidance rooted in years of expertise, experience, and time. These are delivered to you instantly or through hands-on support, and they cannot be returned.
Second, because I know firsthand how easy it is to second-guess yourself when you’re investing in your health, your future, and big changes. Those little voices creep in:
“Maybe I don’t really need this.”
“I should just keep trying to figure this out on my own.”
“Eek, I’m too busy right now. Maybe later.”
Here’s the thing: you made this decision because you’re ready to commit to yourself and your well-being. My role is to help you stay true to that commitment.
Think of it like buying a ticket to an event. If you change your mind, mismanage your schedule, or simply don’t show up, the ticket doesn’t get refunded. That’s your choice, but it doesn’t change the terms of the purchase.
